We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a prescription at the clinical discretion of our prescriber or pharmacist at any time.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. Consultation fees may apply separately and will be clearly indicated prior to checkout. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been clinically reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and carrier performance.
Medicines will be dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that you have provided a suitable safe-place or alternative delivery instruction.
You may cancel your order at any time before our pharmacist has approved and dispensed your prescription. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately using the details on our website.
Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under UK medicines regulations, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied in error. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
